Your HP 15s-fq2151ur (5R9R8EA), according to several non-HP sources (HP documentation is lacking), Crucial and HMemory, confirm that your laptop supports up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.
