Product: Pavilion x360 14cd
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am facing a problem with my laptop where my laptop is showing a black error screen asking me to change battery. I went to the service centre at Patna but surprisingly I couldn't get it changed at any service centre. Really disappointed with the service there. Please suggest me a way such that I could get my laptop battery changed. My laptop model is 14cd-0087TU HP pavilion x360.
