Hi,
My HP ENVY 17 Leap Motion SE NB PC Model E9G83UAR#ABA.
I have already 1 TB HDD. I want to add SSD disk. Query here is how to evaluate my laptop is SSD compatiable?
Thanks,

The Maintainence & Service Guiide lists compatibility on page 2 chapter 1 with mSATA SSD products,
So there shoud be an mSATA slot on the notebook's system board.
I suggest opening the notebook to verify its presence before investing in an SSD. See the link below for remove and replace videos. Clicko n the mSATA drive link in the left-hand column.

You can also replace your legacy hard disk with a mobile PCIe 2.5" SSD. Remove the dummy weight and install the new hard drive hardware kit there.
You could also buy a hard disk hardware kit for the second hard drive bay and install a mobile PCIe SSD in it.
The part number for the hard drive hardware kit is: Hard Drive Hardware Kit 720237-001

Thanks for your response, however, the link provided doesn’t work even after updating the latest Flash player.
In the meantime I had understood from your response that I have to check the availability of SSD slot in the laptop which I am not familiar. Wonder would you be able to source any photos/video links or steps that would help to locate the part in the laptop?
Best Regards,
