Hi:
Not the scanner link I posted.
I attached a utility that will tell you all the hardware info about your PC.
Look at the bottom left of my 2nd reply to you.
There is a paperclip icon with a zip file attached--right above the blue 'Reply' button.
That should tell you the memory speed of the memory module that is installed, and what speed it is running at.

Hi:
I would see if running the free Crucial memory scan tool will give you that information.

I can't find the model number based on the product info you posted.
The closest I could come up with is WOQ62AV, which is a 15-as000 model.
Here is the link to the service manual for that model series.

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1 on page 2.
Also, I have zipped up and attached below, a free utility you can run, that will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about the memory specs.

though I haven't found this number on my computer, I could get the following info from my purchase order, it shows label mentioned below. can I get the Ram model spec / user guide for this specific item.

yes, running thorugh the same issue in finding memory module part. when I look at user guide shared, it shows DDR4-2133. But the part is not available in HP. looking at Crucial ram upgrades for same model, it lists 2666 or 2400 SODIMMS. if I add one of these, will it work with other HP RAM module [probably 2133], that came with original laptop without any issues?? or Am I supposed to replace both modules for the compatibility reasons.

Hi:
Run that utility I attached earlier.
I bet the memory module in your notebook is either 2666 or 2400.
In any event, the 2400 module should downclock to 2133 if there is a PC4-2133 memory module in there now.
