Product: Pavilion 15-cc1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know (because the HP battery check tells me) that I need to replace the battery on an HP 15-cc1xx. Unfortunately, for this user, opening up the laptop requires help (because I'm disabled) that is not always available. What I'd like to do is find the part number for my battery, order the replacement battery, and get it in before I ask anybody for help opening up the machine, so that the only thing I need help with is the actual replacement of old battery with new. Is that even a thing that is possible?

The part number for the battery is 920070-855

You can try an online search with part number

Example

https://www.amazon.com/s?k=920070-855&ref=nb_sb_noss

 

Here on page 39 of service manual are the steps to replace it
