Hello HP Support,

My laptop has big gap between LCD and Metal frame. While closing the gap widens and I fear that may break the LCD. Looks like some locking mechanism is not working between the LCD and metal back cover. I explained the issue to the retail shot from when I bought the laptop and they said somebody will contact but nobody contacted me. Can you please help ASAP.  The laptop is premium and costly, should not have such issues so early.
