I have broke my screen on my hp spectre x360-ap0001na. How did you buy a replacement screen. I am based in the UK. Can you get one directly from HP and if so how do you contact them. The virtual agent does not work.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
This sounds like hardware related issue with the display and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance. Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Hello,
Thanks for replying.
I have tried this multiple times and every time you use it you end up looping back to the same job support page you started on.
I have tried to contact multiple people and everyone tells me to use this web page to get this virtual agent to try fix my problem which it is unable to do.
Very disappointed with the awful level of customer service available. Will be advising everyone to stay away.
Have already raised this issue in work to ensure we do not switch to your brand for our companies hardware needs.
