My laptop hinge is broken, and want to replace it, but I don't know where to buy the spare parts , as one hinge is totally destroyed, and I am not able to close or open the laptop.

Depends on if you can find one source for the parts. First get a list of what is broken and the HP Part numbers. Check the HP Part store for them. If not there you can try eBay or just google the part numbers, maybe make a few calls and see if you can find them from a single source. I would say that is a bit of a longshot.

It's probably more than just the hinges. The laptop needs to be disassembled and the damage evaluated. It might require a new lower case, top cover, screen housing and/or hinges. Starting on p. 18 of the Service manual is a complete list of replacement parts and their numbers. HP may or may not have the parts but parts houses will have them.
Most people who start down this road wind up with a new laptop. If you decide to go forward let me know. I have actually done this kind of repair a few times and it can be affordable as long as you can do the labor yourself. I also escalated to HP to see if help is available.
