Hi,

I'm Pasquale and for work I need to increase the RAM memory,

checking on task manager, CPU-Z software and SPECCY software, on it ther is two sloots (one used plus one empty), so I open my computer and... where is the free slot? I can't find it.

somebody has or had got this laptop? is possible increase the ram memory?

Models with the Pentium or Celeron processors such as yours, only have one memory slot.

 

The max upgrade is 1 x 8 GB.

 

The one memory slot spec is set forth in chapter 1 of the service manual at the link below...pages 2 & 3.
