How to increase internal storage HP Laptop 14 df0013cl.  I purchased an external hard drive, but my program files have used up all of my internal memory.  I want to increase the internal memory.

It has 64 GB eMMC which is an embedded MultiMediaCard. Your machine does NOT have Intel Core processor therefore it is impossible to upgrade internal storage . You can add 512GB or 1TB to its card reader slot but this is not an internal storage.
