Hi all,

I need some help on how to go about lodging a complaint to and against HP for an undelivered item?

In a nutshell:

1. Order HP replacement batter in March

2. Didn't arrive as stated on delivery but instead received messgae it was delivered.

3. COntact HP straight away and didn't know the status and the guy was suppsed to come back to me which he didn't.

4. Called agins after few days, I was told it was delivered but they didn't have proof of delivered. So, further investigation.

5. Received an email stating my order has been dispatched and will be delived on X date.

6. Surprise, no delivery.

7. Contacted HP, they said it was delivered early April which is against the very 1st order placed in March. Asked for proof, none. Need to investigate.

8. My last phone call was last friday where the person (Clarence) promised to call me on Monday. NO surprise that I didn't get a call.

Point number 7 seems to repeat itself with each phone call. No one seems to care the fact they sent me a 2nd order and even that one no ones seems to be bothered or even acknowledge.

Everytime I call and ask for Complaints, they cannot be contacted. No email address provided either. Asked for senior person to speak to, none available. Even received an email at one stage where someone was supposed to contact me but didn't.

So, HP has my money. They cannot prove the confirmed delivery. They can't explain why 2nd order was sent or even whether that was delivered.  I think this also known as daylight robbery.

HP should be charged for stealing in my case. If anyone has any ideas, how to get a propre response from HP, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

2 weeks since HPs response and nothing so far.

Receive a private message from Betty assuring me they will respond .... then it's silence.

So, there is 1 consistency across HP, everyone (on the phone or chat or this support group) says they'll come back but THEY DON'T.  This must be a valid HP process.

So far: I haven't received the order. HP have NO CLUE what's going on.  HP has my money.  Nice work HP.
