My laptop will not recognize the internal M.2 SSD. I ran the UEFI diagnositics and it didn't recognize the drive. I removed the drive, connected it to an external USB enclosure and my other computer saw the drive but could read how big the drive was. I also couldn't initialize the drive.
The warranty for the laptop has expired but the sticker on the ssd says that it has a 3 year warranty. I put the serial number into the product finder under HPs support website but I get a message that the product is not found. My question is how to I open a warranty claim for an ssd on HPs website?
