From the image you supplied, it looks broken. You will need to replace the keyboard.
See the manual at the link for the HP part number matching the color (chapter 3, page 18) and the country code matching your country (-D61) on page 62.

The problem you are facing is that HP does not sell the keys or internal parts like the hinge seperately.

Find the proper part number and use Google or whatever else is your favorite search engine to source it at a good price.
