Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T08AV)

I own an HP Victus 16-r0xxx laptop and I am located in Istanbul, Turkey.

I would like to get a professional maintenance service for it, specifically for fan cleaning and thermal paste replacement, to ensure it maintains optimal performance.

Could you please guide me on the official procedure to create a service request for maintenance with an authorized HP service center in Turkey? What is the correct channel or website section I should use for this?
