Hi, just wondering if anyone could help me, it's not a major problem but it's bugging me. I've got a dv 6023 laptop, and up untill yesterday my blue touchpad light around the rim was working just fine, but suddenly when i turned it on, it doesn't light up anymore, making me always think i'm on battery mode. The touchpad is not locked and works fine, just the blue light doesn't show. The AC adaptor is plugged in so it's not operating on power mode.
Any suggestions?
Thanks:)

Hi,
The usual way to toggle the TouchPad light On and Off is to press the fn and spacebar keys.

I've got a problem with not being able to turn the touchpad itself off. It stays on even with the switch turned off and the light turned to amber. Does anyone know how to fix this? Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 on HP G60 441us. I know it's an old crappy computer, but it's not mine it's one of the ones at work.
Thanks,
Tim
