Product: Notebook 14- am122tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please suggest compatible ram for hp notebook 14-am 122tu. I want to increase ram from existing 4gb to 12 gb by adding 8 gb ram. Also guide me the process of inserting new ram in laptop.

You can add 8GB to slot 2 using following RAM

 

   https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/hp-14-am122tu/CT12423938  (will run at 2133MHz)

 

But machine will run as single channel. Please use
