@mops0322,

The RAM and the HDD of your HP Notebook TNP-i119 (HP Notebook 14-am101TX (X9K52PA) can be upgraded, please see this short YouTube video how to access the RAM and HHD: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwKHnF5pqrM.

Looking here: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=X9K52PA&searchby=product, and here: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-14-am101tx, your notebook can be upgraded to 2 x 8GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks, and from what I was able to ascertain, the RAM may down throttle to 2133 MHz.

Here is a useful YouTube instructional video how to clone your old drive to a new drive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RgI2kGCvjM&t=2s.

Please note (the video doesn't show this), in order to clone your old drive to a new drive, you'll need a "SATA to USB Adapter", compatible for 2.5 inch HDD and SSD, which looks like this:

The new drive plugs into the SATA connector end, and the USB connector plugs into your notebook.  Once the cloning is complete, power down your notebook, unplug from power, remove the battery, and replace the old drive with the new drive.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
