Hi, I bought this laptop a couple days ago. I want to upgrade its ram but I’m not sure if it can go up to 32gb RAM. Also Ive got an 1TB nvme, and i have seen that there is a free slot where you can put a mini board like the usb ones and I wanna know what is it for. Btw, the most important is to know how much memory can this laptop handle. I have seen that in some pcs you can upgrade the VRAM of the Ryzen 5500u by some configurations in the BIOS, is it possible in this laptop.

Yes it can handle up to 32 gigs DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM. The VRAM is not adjustable nor would it do you any good to do so. Not sure what kind of mini-slot you are asking about. Your storage is an M.2 NVME "gumstick" type SSD.
