Pavilion 15-cx0002n
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,  I have bought hp pavilion gaming 15 cx0002n,  from ksa, feb last year. I am in Egypt now.  Yesterday I was closing the laptop after using it and heard strange sound, It looks like hinges are either jammed or broken, the laptop never fell or had any kind of physical damage.

I have a 2 year warranty,  I still got about 6 months,  I wish to ask if a faulty hinge is covered under warranty, especially because it's not my fault. I also wanna say the hinge on the left side has always seemed exposed,  also the screen seemed exposed.  It's my first time to have a faulty hinge,  my previous laptops were smooth to the point I didn't know hinges existed at all.

Did you fix your problem?
