Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I have a keyboard issue. Some keys work and others do things unwanted! I have reset the keyboard drivers, used a usb keyboard,  and finally reinstalled windows fresh! I just want assurance that a new keyboard will fix the issue and a part number to get a replacement as the internet is full of keywords that may work. Thanks for all your help!

HP Recommended

Well I removed the keyboard and now a usb keyboard will work! Part number is on the back! Ordered one today! Cheers!!!!
