@rondo4r Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to know the laptop supports dual channel ram.

I have checked the manual.

Two non-customer-accessible/upgradable memory module slots (Intel Core processors).

DDR4-1866 dual channel support (DDR4-2400 bridge to DDR4-1866)

It will support dual-channel.

It will support up to 16 GB of system RAM.
