Hi, i placed an order for a new laptop from HP, like a month ago, the computer i ordered was out of stock so i was fine with the delay at first. But then i noticed they got some into storage and they still didn't send me one, i contacted the support through email, got a reply a day later, telling me that is strange, and that he'd look into it.

The next day i received another email telling me that my order got stuck in the delivery system but the issue should have been resolved, but since it initially got stuck i'd still have to wait, as annoying as it was i accepted that fact.

However I still haven't received it and I still haven't been billed for my order (which is good in this case i suppose).

I have since then tried to reach them again but with no luck so far, i emailed them again and haven't got a reply (been two days since then), I have tried to reach them through phone, but apparantly there doesn't seem to be a phone number to reach them by in Sweden (I live in Sweden).  No matter how i google search or navigate to a support contact, i get redirected to this forum or a series of self serving steps which leads to technical problems or some headline relating to someone who already own a product and have issues for it.

Basicly there doesn't seem to be a support for delivery problems...

And now I'm about to throw in the towel, and order from somewhere else, they obviously don't care, but I can't remove my order either (guess their webshop/site is malfunctioning or something). So I'm stuck with an order i can't remove nor receive and i don't want to risk ordering from some other manufacterer and then later on get billed by HP.

Any suggestions on how to solve this?

Sorry for the wall of text, but i figured some context would be necessary.. and since there isn't a proper category to choose in this forum for my problems, I am probably posting this in the completely wrong section but i figured i'd give it a go and see if I can either get the attention from someone either working for HP or can point me in some kind of direction?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

@Danny-r

Thanks, hopefully that will resolve my problems!

I have a fairly similar issue in that I ordered my laptop when it said it was in stock (30th Jan), expecting the 48 hour delivery (on 1st Feb) that I was told to expect, to find that a few days later my delivery had been postponed two weeks (15th Feb currently estimated) and that the laptop is now out of stock.

I would understand if I was told to expect this initially, but instead I could've gone and bought my laptop from elsewhere and received this when it was actually being required, this delay is now going to be a real inconvenience for me! I was therefore hoping that someone might able to help me claim some compensation for this time? And as there seems to be no route to actually complain directly to HP it seems posting on this forum is my best option at the moment.

Hopefully danny-r or someone else that works at HP will be able to help me with this? Thanks

Yes, I have a similar problem. I ordered a laptop in October and it said the delivery will be two or three weeks but it's mid-November. what should I do? I started to doubt, I thought I wrote the postcode wrong... by the way, I found a cool manchester postcode list. I checked everything and it was correct, so I do not know, I continue to wait!
