Hi there.
I just bought a month ago a brand new Hp Envy 13 ba-0009nl (the 2020 model) and tonight while a was quitting it i heard a strange metallic noise. I took a look to the back of the notebook and i saw a problem at the hinge (see the photo). I tried to push the hinge to put it back in the original aspect, but every time i try to open/close the notebook it happen again.
WHats could i do? Thank you in advance

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
