I have an HP Envy 360. On the bottom left corner of the lid of my laptop the screen has slightly popped out preventing me from closing it. When I try to close it there is resistance and I can tell by the look and feel of it that if I were to close it the screen would likely crack or pop out completely. My laptop is only 2 years old, it's never been dropped, and I take extremely good care of it. I simply picked it up, moved it, and saw the issue when I tried to close it. After doing some research I've noticed there are numerous reports and complaints of similar things happening to other people.
I have an extended HP Care Package Pick up and Return Warranty for Accidental Damage and I'm assuming this should be covered under it. However I've tried to call two different numbers about it and had no luck with either of them. Both were automated, the number listed specifically for the HP Care Packages resulted in "We are unable to take your call at this time. Please call back at a later time" and the other number was for basic consumer needs and resulted in "We are unable to find your product". I've had to send multiple emails addressing a problem with my warranty not showing up on my account as well as the issue with my screen and while the problem with my warranty not showing up on my account was resolved they had no response concerning the issue with my screen.
I'm hoping posting this will result in an actual agent from HP contacting me so that I can finally get my laptop fixed.
Thank you in advance.

Hello again.
I missed the opportunity to respond to the private message that was sent to me. The email that was supposed to notify me when I received a message wound up being sent to my spam inbox and I didn't notice until it was too late. The last message I received stated that my case has been systematically archived. Can you get in touch with another representative?
