Hi guys,

I recently bought a Hp Envy x360 for university and I have a question about the battery charging. The Laptop has the standard round charging slot which works fine and I also charged it with my Samsung Fast charger in slepping mode. When the PC was turned on I wasnt able to charge the laptop with the samsung charger. Is there a way to charge the Laptop with the USB C port when the PC is turned on and would it be possible to charge the Laptop with an Powerbank and if it's possible which would be the best.

Thanks for the help

Phillip

You can use a compatible USB-C charger with wattage rating 65W or above to charge your machine.

>>>> When the PC was turned on I wasnt able to charge the laptop with the samsung charger

That clearly says the Samsung charger does not have enough power (less than 65W), How much it has ?

Regards.

You are right, both Usb charging adapters I used were below the 65 W. So for a mobile power supply I could buy a Powerbank which is 65W or higher an charge my laptop with the USB C Port while the PC is turned on right?
