Product: Hp Envy

Ordered on December 4th, no status update till December 20th. Called customer service, waited 2 hours and the rep confirmed that my laptop will be delivered by Christmas but received email saying delay in shipping expected to ship by Jan 31st. HP should atleast inform customers ahead of time.
