Hi

 

My Hp gaming laptop 15  is very slow on ac adapter.  When is running on battery it is just fine.

I have also recently  reset my pc and tried to change the power settings in order to solve the issue. All drivers and BIOS are up to date. Nothing works.

Testing the laptop with Hp diagnosis says that the ac adapter is canceled, but the laptop is charging normally.

I also tried the laptop with a new 150W (universal one) adapter but the problem still exist. The laptop is still slow on a new adapter.

 

What should I do?
