Omen 15 Dc0016nf
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I bought 14 month ago a Hp Omen 15 Laptop (dc0016nf).

This laptop shutdown for no reason. Often when the battery is charging but not only.

My BIOS is up to date (F10 Rev A), and my Windows is a fresh installation.

I already tried to remove battery, it keeps shutdown.

I tried to unplug the AC adapter, it keeps shutdown.

HP Diagnostics are all succesful.

Note that the problem also happens in BIOS setting.

Please help me
