Hello @Samy1kay
Your hard drive is not in good shape !
Back up all important data from the hard disk ! You must use a new hard disk

Hi, @Samy1kay
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your PC's serial number.
64XP7T-97FB5K-GXGJ3G-60R803 | OK | 8CG8274M6W | 6/28/22 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
Replacing the hard drive...unfortunately, the info in the manual is confusing, so what I recommend unless you love a gamble, would be to replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD
Chapter 1 of manual indicates your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports SATA SSD's and it also indicates it supports NVMe SSD's in a certain model series.
A SATA M.2 SSD is no faster than a 2.5" SSD, so unless you wanted to gamble on a NVMe SSD working, I would play it safe and buy a 2.5" SATA SSD.
You can read through this discussion regarding the same model notebook as yours.

Recommended replacements: Crucial MX 500 2.5" SSD, Western Digital Blue 2.5" SSD or a PNY CS900 2.5" SSD.
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook. You will need to use another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

Then you can upgrade back to W11, or you can also clean install W11 on the new drive by making a bootable W11 USB installation flash drive from the link below (2nd option).
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
The only minor downside to directly reinstalling W11 is that your notebook has no W11 drivers on the support page.

So, it may be a little bit more difficult to install any missing drivers you need.
