Hello everyone!

I have a question about HP Probook 430 g2. Will this drive fit this laptop and develop full speed?

No sorry. The laptop has a slot for a 2242 form factor M.2 SSD "mini-card" and the Toshiba disk would fit in the slot but it is an NVME device and the laptop is only set up to accept SATA-based disks. So the system would not see that Toshiba RC100.
