Hi all - my brand new Spectre 16 (F10000) is great BUT for the power plug: I can't rely on the USB-C chargers I have for the other laptops in the house. Anyone knows of an adapter USB-C to 4.5mm? On the web I could find something but only in reverse (from 4.5mm to USB-C). Thanks!

USB type-C to 4.5 mm gender changing adapters are sold on Amazon.com and probably on eBay as well.

The USB Type-C adapter at the hyperlink below is compatible with your notebook PC. It is actually an accessory.

I notice that you are in Italy.
You can purchase an adapter fomr a travel store that will allow you to use the power adapter the notebook was delivered with in Italy. The adapter is compatible with 110-230 Vac and 50-60Hz.

My own Spectre notebook was delivered with a USB type-C power adapter.
I can plug the power adapter into either of the USB 3.1 type-C ports on my Spectre notebook and it will charge the battery and power the notebook while I use it.

Yeah, I know other Spectres (previous models for sure) have USB-C charge. But mine is the fresh X-360 16-F1000. They've changed the plug. So I was looking for an adapter, to avoid having several chargers around.

I have a HP Spectre x360 16-f1013dx. It came with a 90w supply that has barrel jack. I plugged in a 18 watt USB battery bank to the Usb C ports and it states the power adapter is low power and may not charge my device (it can only output 12volt @ 1.5 amps) the charge indicator then starts flashing and the laptop doesn't charge. From what I can tell a 65w or higher USB C charger that can output higher voltages is supposed to work.

interesting. My Spectre came with a 135W charger, it's the OLED model. Tried to plug a 65W USB-C in both its USB ports, nothing happens, no message and no charge.
In the meantime I bought the adapter, and when I use it (with the same USB-C 65W charger), a message appears telling me the charger is not powerful enough. In fact, when the Spectre is in use, it doens't charge. But it doesn't decrease the previous charge, too, so it's OK.
