I have been extremely frustrated after purchasing this Hp Victus 15 - fa1216tx model. I researched it completely on every official hp page and i have attached screen shots of them, the thing is that on every page it is given that this notebook should have 2 SSD slots (SSD NvMe M.2) HOWEVER only 1 slot is given. Although a space for a second SSD is left empty with no M.2 Slot or Connector installed.
Now i need a solution for this,
is it possible to have an M.2 connector installed onto the Motherboard directly where the space for the connector is left empty? if so, then do they do that in the HP support center?
If not then what can i do to have an extra SSD for my laptop without having an external SSD.
If there is no solution, i need to know about the refund or return or exchange policies of HP for this laptop.

This is a link to HP Service Center locator in India. I would make an appointment at a Center near you and take it in with the screenshot and see if they can help you register a complaint:

I don't know where do you get information from but from manual of the HP Victus 15-fa1xxx seried, machines ONLY hva place for ONE M.2 SSD PCIe 4x4 drive.
The following statement gives people think it must have a second drive but actually NOT
Primary storage : M.2 solid-state drive (PCIe-4 × 4, 2280, non-volatile memory express (NVMe), three-layer cell (TLC)
No available parts for a second M.2 SSD drive.
Regards.

I'm a bit more sympathetic. The screenshot is from HP and clearly says there is a second M.2. No way to add a connection onto the motherboard. We have no power here at the Forum to make an adjustment but if I were you I would press my case with HP Support for some kind of satisfaction.

Hi BH, you can clearly see that the screenshot is of the official hp site and you should be able to see the same information if you go to the link given on the screenshot
Here i will make it easier for you:

Sorry if i sound rude, but no one would go to read those lengthy manuals at first, the site is the first and probably almost last option for any normal person like me. The site is clearly giving a false advertisement/misinformation.
