Hi, so we went through Hp support for a partially damaged product which was still fully functional but they agreed to fix it. However upon receiving just the laptop and not the accessories that went with it such as the charger or tilt pen, I found out that the laptop was unable to even power on. The issue that was sent in was to the power on button, but it has now been irreparable damaged and the laptop is not functional at all. I believe that this is unacceptable under the consumer rights.
