HP Recommended

So i tried to upgrade my total ram by putting a Samsung 16gb ddr4 2666mhz in my unused second slot. But after i put it down my keyboard was kind of flickering so i pulled off the new ram and tried turning on with the original ram which is 8gb ddr4 2133mhz and after starting it sounded 3 long beep and 2 short beeps.. Then i tried reseating the ram into other slot and the seating the new one only even tried a bios reset by disconnecting battery and cmos but no luck. All it does is 3 long beep and 2 short beep. What can i do at this moment?
