Here is the Service Manual:

Manual

As you can see on p. 3-4 and 3-5 there are several different system boards. Since the laptop is 8 years old, HP no longer has the specifications of that particular model posted and I would need to know what CPU it has and video option to find the exact right board. You will have to get the board in the 3rd party parts supply market. Another option is to get a parts unit off eBay that has some problem yours does not but a good motherboard and "Frankenstein" together a working laptop. I would hesitate to tell you to spend much money on it.

Something like this:

Somewhat inconsistent information here. Does it "boot normally" or you have a black screen on boot on either the main screen or external monitor?

Apologies, what  i meant by booting normaly is the fact the sound of the hdd starting and the leds lighting up are all in place, the laptop also stays powered on even after power is removed in that sense as well so thats what i meant.

From what you describe the video chip is bad meaning you need a new motherboard.

oof ,thats some hefty news for me. If you are sure for that conclusion then may i do request the price of a motherboard as well from where i could aquire one?

Well sure it wasnt what i looked for in an answer ,i was looking for a direct way i could attempt to fix it,no matter what if im instructed im really good at doing it (i worked with hardware in the past as well) ,but since it may be the gpu i wont further pursue the matter ,to further answer your questions it uses a i3 albeit i dont remember more details ,the exact model of the laptop is G62-EV130 though. Finally to state for the advice against money, im afraid to say im from greece so money is really scattered in a sense ,i cant afford a new laptop at 300 euro (which is roughly one of the cheap ones using intel duo or so with 2 gb ram to 4~) so thats that as well in the middle. Once we finish our converstation and i come to a conclusion ill be sure to mark this as a solution or not :D.

This is a Forum and although we want to help you specifically the solution is for the community as it makes it more easily found from a search engine for others with similar problems. If you are going to define a solution as a way to fix an old laptop with a bad motherboard by some method other than replacing the motherboard I guess that is not going to happen. Good luck.
