Hi, hope somebody can help. My laptop keeps crashing and BSoDing. I’ve had a few different stop codes.

They mainly are;

UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

MEMORY MANAGEMENT

There may have been more but I didn’t get to read them in time. The crashing and BSoD has been happening very regularly just randomly out of the blue the last few days.

I’ve tried a few things I’ve seen online, including a windows memory diagnostic check, which came back fine.

I’m not really sure what I’m doing. Is there any tests I can do to diagnose what is suddenly causing my computer to crash?

Can anyone help me please?

Hello.

I recommend running the HP diagnostics first. Start computer and keep tapping ESC when you see the HP logo. Select diagnostics (F2) and test at least the memory and storage.
