I have a 3 year old hp pavillion laptop, 1060 ti with Intel core i5 and 512 ssd Few days back I was watching Netflix when the laptop suddenly stopped working and trying to restart it found an error message saying hard disk not found f30 I then proceeded to try to reinstall windows, which I did,but now only the c drive is available with around 22.3GB of space ans And no other drive is visible I tried the partition thing but no other drive or space is available there. is this a hardware problem? And is there any way to recover my files that were stored on the c drive?

When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
If you can't log into Windows, look on the bottom of your notebook for that information.
If you have a desktop look at the rear of your PC
