Product: HP ProBook 4440s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Saludos , tengo un problema en mi pc portátil  modelo HP ProBook 4440s, con SO windows 10 home Single Language, Versión 21H1, el problema es que al hacer clip o doble clip  en el panel táctil del mouse, no hace nada, al revisar los controladores encuentro que el controlador HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor, muestra algún problema (código 48).

¿Como puedo solucinar este problema?
