You must have some other problem or problems.
Can you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and run at least one pass through memory and disk diagnostics.
If you do not have diagnostics get UEFI diagnostic here.
Clean your disk to both free up space and to optimize. For windows 11, enter "clean" in the search bar and bring up the disk cleanup. I do not remember if this works on windows 10. For 10 you might have to right click the "C:" drive from the file manager
When the cleanup application starts, be sure to select system files to clean up and include the "System Restore" in the cleanup
Have you scanned for a virus?
How much memory do you have?
Bring up the task manager and compare to what I show below
The above values are for my system at idle. Your values lshould be just as low.
Lemme know what you find.
