No manual for each and specific model available

MSG applies to whole model series

According to your hardware specs and model series (I.e., 15-ay100 to ay199 series), use the manual

Thanks but its said that these models have an ssd drive or at least a port for it ..

This has been explained clearly by HP Expert @Huffer in your other thread.

So I don't think it needs to be repeated.

I had already linked you to the Manual and showed you that your laptop does not have an M.2 "port". You can install an M.2 SATA drive but you have to buy a sepate caddy that lets you connect that whole setup, M.2 and caddy to a zif connector with a ribbon cable----same place you connect a hard drive. So if you ask 20 times the Answer is still the same:
