Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i would like to upgrade ram in my HP omen (HP OMEN 15-dc0020nm), and i wonder if this RAM (https://eu.crucial.com/eur/en/ct8g4sfs8266) is compatible with memory in my notebook?

Yes that memory will work. Here's the Service Manual:

 

Service Manual 

 

Start on p. 34 for removing rear cover and then p. 40 is the start of memory upgrade procedure. This upgrade is authorized for end users without any warranty problem.
