Product: Pavilion cs2082tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp laptop pavilion cs2082tx has left hinge problem due to which laptop is not closing properly. The product is still in warranty however hp service center is refusing to apply warranty for this hardware issue and called it a accidental damage and asked me to pay 12000 rs for the repair. Please help to resolve my issues as laptop is hardly used within 1 year n still got problems.
