his is a hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

Thank you for posting back. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating via the contact HP options, generally it is because either your product is Out of Warranty or you are trying to get support beyond the business hours and our business hours falls between 8am to 6pm EST. We also have an option to contact us via Facebook and Twitter in wake of exigency.

My computer is Out of Warranty, but I think us a desing a flaw. 

 

The computer have never been dropped or something, is imposible that the hinger broke for only open and closing on a computer buyed on December 20 2018 having a broken hinger.
