Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3075cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp pavillion cs-3075cl will not power up.  Will not power up with a new battery, with the battery in or out. The power button light never comes on. I see the light on the side turn white or red when it's charging but pressing the power button never turns on the laptop I tried Windows-B, Windows-V and other known suggestions and it still does not power on.
