I saw many people has the bloated battery issue on this model, and I also have the exactly same problem with my computer as below.
HP Spectre x360 2in1 156 4K Ultra HD TouchScreen Laptop Intel Core i7 16GB Memory 512GB SSD HP Finish In Dark Ash Silver
Model: 15-CH011DX
Issue: Battery is bloated. Back cover is popped and twisted due to the bloated battery. Purchased about two years ago.
Saw in the forums others got the same experience for this battery model 928372 855.
On the battery, it says " Replace with HP Spare 928372-855. CT: 6GLQC04TZAL4FQ 2018/03"

Thank you for your reply, but when I went to the link: www.hp.com/contacthp/, it redirects to this community.
Only the other option is to contact the local HP service center, but they did not reply to my email.
Could you give me a responsive service engineer's email address?

I have a 15-ch004na with exactly the same problem. The battery expanded so much that the bottom cover had popped out at the front.
From reading in these forums I can see that I'm not the only one with this problem!
