Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2000 (8UY96AV)
  • I purchased my hp spectre x360 convertible laptop a year or so back. Many times the battery has overheated and the back of the laptop gets extremely hot and the laptop does not start. Is this a battery issue that needs replacement. This also happened within 6 Months of purchase of the laptop however I let it discharge for sometime and it resolved. Can I get a solution for this as my warranty period may also be over now.
