Product: Spectre x360 convertible 13t-ae000

Laptop battery probably died while on sleep mode. Charger works fine for other hp laptop with same power output but when I plug in the charger to hp spectre x360 convertible, the LED next to power output keeps blinking orange every 7-8 seconds for a first few minutes and then stops. When i press the  power button on left side it gives a white LED on caps-lock key once or till the power button is pressed and hold and then white light stops. I have tried press and hold power button + f6/ mute key on my laptop but the white Led blinks once and laptop makes some fan like noise for that one second and stops. Screen doesn’t work either. I have had this issue before where i tried pressing power button for some seconds and it worked but cant find that solution now. Please help. Thanks in advance.
