My laptop hp650 can't charge even after trying different power source and adapters.

Two possibilities:

1. dead AC adapter

2. the power-connector on the laptop is broken -- not making any (or a solid) connection with the motherboard.

You may try to use a "multimeter" to measure the voltage/amperage from the AC adapter.

If that power-socket is "wobbly", chances are that it is broken, requiring a professional computer technician to disassemble your laptop, to try to replace/repair the power-socket.
