After last automatic BIOS update the system disabled Hyper-threading and now when I try to turn it on I get an error:

"Hyper-Threading: mismatch value is 8"

My CPU i3-8130U (2 core/4 threads)

Was on BIOS F.64. Return to F.63, but nothing changed.

I saw absolutely the same issue here - https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/Hyper-threading-mismatch-value-...

Still looking for help with it.

Any ideas?

A system recovery or a fresh installation of your operating system may help to fix the problem.

Try using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool.

It not on OS layer. Regarding to BIOS, I can flash a previous BIOS, but without any effect.

I fixed it by reset CMOS info.
