@PREMCHANDU, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with your HP 15.6-inch Laptop PC 15-d5000, even after a recent motherboard and RAM replacement. Let's work together to get this resolved.

You mentioned that your laptop is frequently freezing ("strucking") and showing a blur screen, even after hardware repairs. This could be due to several factors, including driver conflicts, corrupted system files, or hardware compatibility issues.

Recommended Steps to Troubleshoot:

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

Let’s first rule out any remaining hardware issues.

  • Steps:
    1. Turn off your laptop.
    2. Press Esc repeatedly, then press F2 when the Startup Menu appears.
    3. Select System Tests > Extensive Test and run the full diagnostics.

Update BIOS and Drivers

Outdated BIOS or drivers can cause system instability and display issues.

  • Steps:
    1. Visit the HP Support page for your product: Official HP® Support
    2. Download and install the latest BIOS, graphics drivers, and chipset drivers.
    3. Restart your laptop after installation.

Check for Windows Updates

Make sure your system is fully updated.

  • Steps:
    1. Go to Settings > Windows Update.
    2. Click Check for updates and install all available updates.
    3. Also check Advanced Options > Optional Updates for driver updates.

Perform System File Check

Corrupted system files can cause freezing and display issues.

  • Steps:
    1. Right-click Start > select Windows Terminal (Admin).
    2. Type the following command and press Enter:sfc /scannow
    3. Wait for the scan to complete and follow any repair instructions.

Consider a Clean Windows Installation

If the issue persists, a clean install of Windows 11 may help eliminate software conflicts.

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.

Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
